LiveO2 combines EWOT (exercise with oxygen therapy) and altitude training in one amazing system.  By simulating high altitude conditions (10,000+ ft) this workout makes your heart and lungs work harder, so the oxygen does a lot more.  A 15-minute HIIT workout on LiveO2 can:

We encourage our patients to use the Full Body Vibration plate for at least 10 minutes post LiveO2 session to move the lymph and further assist detoxification initiated during the LiveO2 session. LiveO2 sessions are 15-20 minutes.  Please wear clothing/shoes appropriate for exercise and arrive for your session well hydrated.  You do not need to be in athletic shape to use LiveO2.  This workout is individualized based on your own body’s oxygen saturation rates and is monitored and adjusted throughout the session.
